The present issue contains the papers that deal with studying a wide range of practical problems of hydrometeorological forecasting. The papers concerning meteorological forecasts contain the results of research on improving the method of operational forecasting of monthly mean air temperature and the analysis of probabilistic radar precipitation nowcasting. The section of marine and hydrological forecasts includes the papers on modeling sea surface temperature and surface air temperature, wind waves, as well as the case study of a strong spring flood in the Primorsky Krai in September 2022. The paper dealing with the description of the method for the sunflower yield prediction developed at the Hydrometeorological Research Center of the Russian Federation for the subjects of the European part of Russia and for entire country with a lead time of 3–3.5 months is of great interest. Three papers describe the regional features of climate change. The issue is intended for specialists and readers interested in hydrometeorological forecasting.
