The experience of spatial verification of radar-based precipitation nowcasting is presented: the determination and statistics of objects, situations, and conditional samples. The analysis of change of the episodes with low clouds and low visibility at aerodromes of the Russian Federation in the current century is given. Study of the convective storm in the summer of 2021 in the European part of Russia is presented. Two papers deal with the formation of spring river runoff in the European part of Russia. The factors of spring runoff formation are reassessed taking into account the current climate conditions on the example of the Don basin. The section of agrometeorological forecasting describes agrometeorological conditions for cultivation of grain and leguminous crops in the southern regions of Russia and a possibility of using satellite information for the yield prediction. The results of surface ozone monitoring in the Karadag Nature Reserve in 2017–2021 are discussed. The main results of the 22th session of the North Eurasian Climate Outlook Forum (NEACOF-22) are presented in the Information section.
The journal is of interest for specialists dealing with problems of hydrometeorological research and forecasting.
