This issue includes some articles concerned to the different fields of hydrometeorology. Issue starts with new topic “Innovative technology” where precipitation nowcasting technology produced in Hydrometcenter of Russia on the basis of radar data is presented. Hydrological section contains the final part of review on existing flood forecasting system as well as an analysis of the global model applicability for prediction of the snow water equivalent. Marine forecasts are presented by description of operative oceanography of northeastern Black Sea area. Behavior of cyclones over the seas in the European part of Russia is also reviewed. Meteorological articles cover a wide range of forecasts: from long-range ensemble forecasting on the basis of global models to the short-range precipitation prediction in Perm region along with Black Sea waterspouts forecasting. Description of agroclimatiс resources in Kazakhstan completes this issue.
